Hydrocyclones

Hydrocyclones are used to separate solids from water soluble coolants using centrifugal force. Two sizes are available accommodating flows of 5 and 20 GPM. Greater flow capacity can be achieved through manifold configurations.

Filter Bags

Filter bags serve as the filtering media in filter bag housing for liquids. Our polypropylene bags with sewn seams and molded handles offer high flow rates with low pressure drops for excellent performance in most fluids. Single and multi- bag filter housings are available in several different piping arrangements and materials to meet your application needs.
Filter Cartridges

Filter Cartridges

Filter cartridges are the perfect choice for many industrial filtration requirements. Pleated cartridges are designed for critical filtration applications, providing long service life, high flow rates and low pressure drops. Wound filter cartridges are suitable for lower flow rates. Single and multi-cartridge housings are available in many different materials and configurations to meet your application needs.

Underflow Conveyors

Cyclotron Products line of underflow conveyors is designed to aid in the recycling of grinding swarf removed by hydrocyclone filters. Conveyors are free standing and totally enclosed, taking the place of a swarf cart. Units are fully automatic equipped with timers to control the cycle of the drive motor so that swarf is discharged in a relatively dry state.
